Specialising in fitness and injury rehabilitation

Nathan’s journey started 12 years ago when he discovered his passion for fitness and injury rehabilitation. Since then he has gone on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science (University of the Sunshine Coast), Graduate Diploma in Exercise for Rehabilitation (Victoria University) and finally a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree (University of Melbourne).

Most recently, Nathan worked full-time at Maribyrnong Sports Academy in Melbourne. Here he worked as the rehabilitation coordinator for 3 years in which time he worked closely with numerous physiotherapists and strength and conditioning coaches to develop preventative and rehabilitation programs for the 500+ athletes from over 30 different sports.

Nathan has a passion for improving peoples quality of life in anyway – whether it be an athlete looking for the edge or a grandparent playing with their grandchildren –  it’s all important as we only have one life, so make the most of it!
