Our physiotherapists have training in injury management for runners and have completed courses in running biomechanical analysis. These are typically performed on a treadmill in the clinic with video footage captured from behind, the side, as well as vision looking closer at foot strike. They use this information in conjunction with a thorough history in a considered approach to managing your presentation. Small and gradual adjustments to your technique may be required if they are contributing to your presentation or predisposing you to injury.

One Life Health Group as a collective, have a strong patient-base of runners, both recreational and professional, from sprinters to ultramarathon runners.
