Chris Wright | Physiotherapist PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Chris Wright has a a special interest in strength and conditioning, helping his patients build capacity beyond just becoming pain free.
Chris grew up in Ballarat before stepping away from a career as a tradesman to study physiotherapy on the Gold Coast.
After graduating from Griffith University in 2022, Chris returned home to Ballarat to begin practising, where he enjoys building a strong connection with the local community and has started a family with his wife.
His focus is musculoskeletal rehabilitation and orthopaedic conditions like low back pain, hip osteoarthritis, knee injuries or shoulder dysfunction.
He treats issues that have been building for a while and recent injuries that haven’t quite settled. With an interest in strength and conditioning, he helps patients to build real capacity beyond just becoming pain free.
Chris is qualified in dry needling and GLA:D, and incorporates clinical exercise as part of his treatment plans.
Outside the clinic, his time is usually spent home renovating, watching AFL and cricket, or spending time with his wife and daughter.
Chris is big on balance between work and life, and it is one of the values he and the team at One Life share.
