Kaye Bilston | Remedial Massage Therapist REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Sometimes the person best placed to help you recover is someone who has been through their own recovery.
Kaye is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a background in the health and fitness industry. She brings a personal understanding of what rehabilitation really takes, and that lived experience shapes the care she provides.
Her focus is on helping people function at their best. Not just managing discomfort, but supporting the kind of movement and recovery that lets you get back to doing what you love.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, a specific injury, or the general wear of an active life, Kaye tailors each session to where you are right now.
Kaye is available Monday and Tuesday evenings, Friday mornings, and every second Saturday at our clinic on Sturt Street, Ballarat.
