Lewis Rinaldi EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Lewis offers a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and progress is realistic.
Lewis is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at One Life Health Group, helping people in Ballarat improve their strength, movement, and overall quality of life.
Lewis takes a practical and individualised approach, working with people recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or looking to build confidence with exercise. He has a strong interest in exercise-based rehab, including osteoporosis and osteopenia management through the ONERO® program, as well as general strength and conditioning.
Lewis prioritises creating a supportive and welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and where progress is realistic and sustainable. His sessions focus on building long-term habits that carry over into everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Lewis enjoys staying active and continuing to develop his knowledge, ensuring his care is evidence-based and aligned with current best practice in exercise physiology.
Lewis works at our gym location on Thursdays and Fridays.
