Emma spent 13 years working as a clinician before stepping into this role, giving her a strong understanding of both patient care and the realities of day-to-day clinic life. Emma works part time and balances her role with raising her two children, which shapes her practical, people-first approach.

She’s passionate about creating a calm, welcoming and well-organised experience for both patients and the One Life team.
