Emma spent 13 years working as a clinician before stepping into this role, giving her a strong understanding of both patient care and the realities of day-to-day clinic life. Emma works part time and balances her role with raising her two children, which shapes her practical, people-first approach.
She’s passionate about creating a calm, welcoming and well-organised experience for both patients and the One Life team.

Leah enjoys providing personalised care to patients of all ages and activity levels, with a particular interest in functional neurology and the pain/stress relationship.
Grant Baldwin
Grant has worked in the industry for over 10 years, including 8 years with the Australian Cricket Team, and more recently, some work with the Essendon Football Club.
