Sam is a Clinical Myotherapist who loves working with people – to help them achieve their goals.

Her greatest passion is helping improve the lives of those who live with chronic pain.

Sam utilises a range of therapies, based on the individual needs of her clients, including

  • massage
  • cupping
  • dry needling
  • muscles energy techniques
  • and exercise prescription

Outside of One Life, Sam enjoys playing with her cats, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
