Shane has a great passion for the Ballarat community and surrounding region

Shane has lived and worked in the area for most of his life. Preferring to stay regional, he returned from Latrobe University (Bendigo) with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice in 2012.

Shane is dedicated to delivering evidence based practice and has a commitment to continuing education which has lead to postgraduate studies in Sleep Science, and short courses in Strength & Conditioning (Level 1 ASCA) and Olympic Weightlifting (Level 1 AWF Sports Power).

Shane is currently involved with the Ballarat Swans Football Netball Club as their physiotherapist where he has developed a passion for athletic development, injury prevention and mid-to-late stage rehabilitation.

Shane is a keen lawn bowler with the Beaufort Golf & Bowls Club, and enjoys exploring the outdoors with his beagle companions Hugo & Tobi.
