
Shane Pongho PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Shane enjoys keeping people of all ages and abilities moving.
Shane is approaching 10 years as a Physiotherapist since graduating from Latrobe University with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice in 2012.
Shane believes in taking time to listen to, and plan with his clients. This is the first and most important step in achieving their desired outcomes.
Shane is a certified GLA:D practitioner and has completed further training in strength & conditioning (ASCA Level 1), and Olympic Weightlifting (Level 1 AWF Sports Power).
Shane has worked with the Ballarat Football and Netball Club since 2016. During this time he has developed a special interest in hamstring strain injuries, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies across junior and senior netball, football and women’s football programs.
Shane and Jess have their hands full at home with baby Fergus arriving in early 2021. Away from the clinic Shane enjoys spending time outdoors with beagles Hugo and Tobi, trail running and playing lawn bowls.

Emma Quayle
Emma is a Clinical Myotherapist specialising in muscular and soft tissue treatment; and completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy).
