Megan Tresize REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

 

Megan is a qualified Remedial Therapist after completing her studies at Victoria University in 2018. During this time Megan worked alongside the Western Bulldogs during their season of football and helped with their recovery sessions and injury prevention.

Megan specialises in deep tissue work, dry needling, muscle energy techniques, cupping, myofascial release and sports massage.

Outside of this, Megan is the trainer for Waubra Football Club and enjoys going to the gym regularly and competed in a body building competition in 2019. Megan has a history of competitive gymnastics and competed for 11 years , representing Victoria and placing on multiple apparatus, which is where her passion for sporting rehabilitation began.

Megan will provide quality treatments to aid you through recovery of chronic and acute musculoskeletal issues to improve your quality of life.
